Cavalli Tower was created as a result of a groundbreaking collaboration between Roberto Cavalli, a legendary fashion designer, and the multi-award winning development firm DAMAC Properties. They brought the sparkle and glamour of the runway into the private residences they created. This will be the first skyscraper in the world to bear the Cavalli name, and it’s sure to make waves in the ultra-luxury real estate market. The 70-story skyscraper will include exquisite furnishings from the Italian fashion house’s home collection. In addition to the previous, the cone-shaped architectural idea was conceived by none other than Shaun Killa, the man behind the spectacularly creative design of the long-awaited Museum of the Future. Prospective homebuyers may pick from various front-facing, unique 2- to 5-bedroom apartments and penthouses, each with its layout and design options.
The AED 2 billion (about $485 million) residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina will bring the total number of available apartments to 485. The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, and TAMAN Marina Hotel And Hotel Apartments are just a few of the luxury hotels that will surround the new structure.
Apartments in Cavalli Tower vary from Luxury (levels 4-37) to Upper Luxury (levels 38-47), with a small selection of Flying Villas available on the highest floors. The proposed tower prioritizes residents’ privacy by having just 5 units per floor. Apartments may have balconies, but Flying Villas have expansive terraces with a BBQ space, making for the ideal outdoor entertaining. Owners of Flying Villas will also have access to a maid’s quarters, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and private elevator.
High ceilings and adaptable fully-fitted kitchens, separated by artwork, will help make the living room in the Cavalli Tower’s apartments feel even larger for hosting parties and other social gatherings, providing a luxurious and comfortable lifestyle. In addition, a hydroponic wall, ideal for in-room planting, will be included in apartments as part of the design’s emphasis on sustainability. Meanwhile, the chic bathrooms will have freestanding tubs, and the chic bedrooms will have moveable glass walls. The new Emaar Beachfront, the Palm Jumeirah, and Ain Dubai will all be seen from every apartment in Cavalli Tower. Beginning in 2022, the development’s construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Residents of the luxury skyscraper will be wowed by the building’s grand lobby, which spans the building’s first four stories and features an indoor waterfall and a stunning skylight. In addition, the Cavalli Tower’s blueprint calls for six VIP panoramic jet elevators to float through the building’s imaginative openings.
Malibu Bay, complete with its private beach and a beach pool measuring 9,687 feet in length and offering temporary F&B services, will be located directly in front of the Cavalli Tower. In addition, there will be a cigar lounge, splash pools, and a large meeting & events room for residents’ use. The tower will feature a state-of-the-art fitness centre and tennis and paddle tennis courts to encourage an active lifestyle.
The recreational Zen space on level 24 will feature gorgeous landscaped areas and a cutting-edge juice bar. Live cooking stations staffed by signature chefs will be located on the 58th floor of Cavalli Tower, adjacent to a sky pool and garden.
Of course, property owners will also have access to a wide variety of specialized onsite services. Room styling, personal training, childcare, laundry, and event coordination will all be available to residents. The spa offers additional services such as in-room massages, a personal chef, a personal nurse, and daily maid service. On the other hand, residents of the Cavalli Tower have unrestricted use of the private beach at The Westin Mina Seyahi, a 25% food and beverage discount and a waterpark membership.
